Refunds & Returns
We do not provide refunds, returns or replacements for change of mind purchases.
We will refund all items that are returned in their original condition if there is a major problem with the item in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If there is a major problem with the item, you may choose to have the item refunded or replaced for the same item. If the item cannot be replaced as it is not in stock, a full refund will be given.
Once items have been returned and assessed for a major problem, a refund may be provided. Please allow 5 working days upon receipt of the returned item for the the refund to be assessed and if accepted, issued. Please allow an additional 5 business days for the funds to reach your account if the refund is accepted.

Proof of purchase must be provided if a refund is sought.
Due to the nature of our business, we do not provide exchanges. If you require a different size, style or piece, you must place a new order.
