Shipment processing times

Please allow 1-2 business days for all orders to be shipped. During busy periods or sale periods please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. 

No orders will be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping Policy - Within Australia

Standard and Express Post options available at checkout

Shipping charges for all domestic orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout and will vary depending upon weight and shipping destination

International Shipping Policy - Outside of Australia

Shipping charges for all international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout and will vary depending upon weight and shipping destination

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Oia the label is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, custom duties etc).

Damages

Oia the label is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, and contact us directly to discuss.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
